How to Get Rid of Milia Using Natural Remedies

Grease points appear when keratin blocks under the skin. It can affect people of any age, including new-born babies. Among the most common causes are certain skin diseases, burns, cosmetic procedures such as dermabrasion, the use of steroid creams or prolonged exposure to the sun.

  1. Apple vinegar or lemon juice

  1. Tinctures

You can use celandine tincture, propolis tincture, Swedish bitters. The effect will be the same, given that these products are alcohol based. After just a few days of application, you will notice that your problem is diminished. Do not use all over the face, but only on points of fat, using a cotton swab.

  1. Potato mask

Put a few slices of potato in a blender and then apply the paste on the areas with problems. After 30 minutes, rinse your face with water. This treatment is ideal for people who have milia all over the face.

  1. Steam baths

Prepare an infusion of herbs (optional – peppermint, lavender, chamomile, lime) and take a steam bath for 10 minutes. Then wipe your skin with a clean towel. Resort to this routine until you notice an improvement. Your skin will be smoother and cleaner.

  1. Honey

Apply this ingredient on the area with problems and leave it on for 15 minutes, then remove with water and apply a moisturizer.

  1. Castor oil

This natural ingredient has beneficial effects on many skin conditions including acne, milia and whiteheads. You can use it as such (in small quantities) or you can mix it with a little baking soda. In the latter case, remove the paste from your face after half an hour.
